Portrait Unveiling and Dedication Ceremony

Friends and colleagues of the late Hon. Joe Kegans gathered on May 19th to dedicate her portrait in the Attorney Ready Room at the Criminal Justice Center. Judge Kegans served as judge of the 230th District Court. Among those remembering her were, from left, Robert Sussman of Hinton, Sussman, Bailey & Davidson; Judge Jay Karahan of County Criminal Court at Law Number 8; and Tom Radosevich, immediate past chair of the HBA Criminal Law & Procedure Section.
