Judicial Investiture

The Hon. Roberta A. Lloyd was sworn in
as judge of Harris County Civil Court Number
4 on November 17, 2004 by the Hon. Brock
Thomas. Judge Lloyd’s husband, Major Don
McWilliams, held the Bible.

The Hon. Sharon McCally was sworn in as
judge of the 334th District Court on January
27, 2005 by the Hon. David Hittner, U.S.
District Judge for the Southern District of
Texas. Judge McCally’s husband, Lance
Lubel, and daughter, Caroline Lubel, joined
her for the oath of office.

The Hon. Devon Anderson was sworn in as
judge of the 177th District Court on January
28, 2005 by her husband, the Hon. Mike
Anderson, judge of the 262nd District Court.
Her father-in-law, J.B. Anderson, held the Bible.
